Mark “Krash” Koblanski is a mortgage professional with nearly 10 years
of experience. My work ethic and extensive network of industry
specialists allow me to provide unparalleled service to my clients.

After having a successful 30-year career in sales, marketing, and E-
commerce with a top 10 Fortune 500 company, I was looking for
something more fulfilling and gratifying. The mortgage industry allows
me the ability to change people’s lives for the better, not only providing
the ability to purchase a home and fulfill the “American Dream” but to
help build real financial stability of what home ownership represents.

This previous industry experience affords me the ability to better guide
my clients through the mortgage process. I specialize in all forms of residential mortgages, in addition to a strong background in commercial and construction, and investor lending.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife,
friends, and family. An animal lover, I’m “dog dad” to three beautiful
pugs, Matilda, Maurice, and Mabel. In addition, I have a production
music studio/company that affords me a creative outlet outside the
mortgage space.
